Who We Are

We are a team that is part of the non spot department of vmmtv. We create non traditonal cross media stories for brands.  Therefore we collaborate with our partners De Persgroep Advertising, Q Group and Roularta Media.  This enables us to create integrated stories on tv, radio, print and online / mobile.  You can discover our main touchpoints under ‘brand portfolio’.

What We Do

In everything we do we have the ambition to let your target audience have a good conversation about your brand. We select the best touchpoints to reach your audience and we think about the smartest way to use those touchpoints in order to spread your message.

How We Work

Our stories are based on a creative idea invented by an ad agency. Together with your advertising and media agency we  define the smartest way to transform that creative idea through our touchpoints.  Call it an innovative use of our media.  Your briefing is our starting point. It helps us  to understand the DNA, communication objectives and consumer insights related to your brand.

Bosto

Bosto had to deal with the fact that rice is a very underestimated ingredient in our daily kitchen. It rarely makes it further than the usual chicken curry or wok dices. So they came to the insight that people had to be culinary inspired.

Together with Lielens and Aegis Sponsorship we launched the Bosto Rice Academy. A five weeks short TV format on vtm and RTL TVI where amateur cooks had to inspire Wout Bru with their most innovative rice dish. Viewers could vote for their favourite candidate on the website www.bosto.be. The winner made it to an exclusive workshop at the famous restaurant ‘Chez Bru’. A once in a lifetime experience.

If you like to try the tips from Wout yourself at home you can use the recipes which can be found in magazines and on the website. Enjoy your meal!

Devos Lemmens

This year, Devos Lemmens celebrates its 125th anniversary ! The perfect moment for them to say a big ‘thank you’ to their customers. But how do you do that in a surprising way that also fits the brand ?

Well, together with Y&R Brands and MEC we organised a flash mob in retail stores. Every time a consumer bought a Devos Lemmens – product the whole store turned into a huge birthdayparty. We filmed all this with a hidden camera and broadcasted it on vtm and RTL TVI. This short movies were also spread viral as a preroll.

But the party doesn’t stop here. You can still win a home party for all your friends on the website www.devoslemmens.be. Good luck !

Lampiris

As a new player Lampiris wanted to install their position in the market by showing that it’s very easy to switch to their green energy. A pre and posttest showed us that we succeeded in raising their brand awareness from 9 to 38%!

How we dit it? Well, together with Strategy and Universal Media we installed a contest called ‘Samen Groener’.

People could let us know their idea to make their neighbourhood a greener place to live. The most inventive ideas made it to a tv show on vtm hosted by Jill Peeters. We also made short programs in which Jill gave some smart climate tips for a greener world.

Alken Maes

When Alken Maes launched their new MAES they wanted as much people as possible to taste it. Therefore TBWA and Vizeum came with the brilliant idea of the biggest beer swap ever! The concept was simple: place an empty barrel of beer (of any possible brand) in front of your window and receive a new one of MAES instead! Together we created a media story to support this idea. We made a TVC, a vtm station ident and online banners to announce the swap. We also made short tv billboards in which we gave the impression that the swap was even talk of the town among the cast of several of our tv programs. Ornelis & Rogiers supported the story on radio and a print ad in newspapers could be used as a poster when you weren’t able to place a barrel in front of your window (when living on the fifth floor of an appartment for example). In the end 24.000 barrels were switched and the action had a positive impact on a series of brand parameters which were tested by our researchers. The casemovie from TBWA shows how they even won a golden Effie with it. Cheers mates !

NIVEA, Stralend De Zomer In !

How can you start a conversation about your brand with your target audience ? Nivea responded to that question very well. Together with TBWA, Aegis Sponsorship and Interel we created a story called ‘Stralend De Zomer In’.

In this story the protagonists were 8 real customers which we recruted after a call for action message on tv, radio, print and online. Together with Tiany Kiriloff , Sandrine Dons and two beauty - specialists we took these ladies on a trip to Mexico (Cancun) to let them share experiences on beauty and fashion. We broadcasted the result of this trip as short tips and tricks on vtm and RTL TVI.

On the NIVEA – website customers could find longer episodes with even more beauty tips.
